The application has the patronage of the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

Kosmopedia is access to information on almost 30,000 cosmetic ingredients, developed in a way that is understandable for the user. You will find there not only the usual names of substances, their origin, but also the functions they can perform in products. Importantly, all information is based on the latest scientific data, without unconfirmed beliefs, pseudoscientific myths or paid referrals. The application is created by a team of cosmetic experts of the Polish Association of the Cosmetics Industry.

The application gives you the opportunity not only to check the product on the store shelf, but also to search the database for a specific ingredient or check the composition copied, for example, from the manufacturer's website. You can also create your own ingredient lists or allergy alerts. In addition, in the application you will find current articles from the world of cosmetics, published on the Kosmopedia.org portal.
